 aradigm Health Services,
founded in 1996, provides a broad range of mental health services to
the residents of long-term care facilities throughout the Southeastern United States. We take great pride
in providing high quality care and seeing the benefits of these important
services. Services include psychiatry, psychotherapy, psychotropic
medication management and mental health evaluations. Facility support
programs include complementary in-service programs as well as pre-survey audits
relating to the provision of our services. Our programs have shown a
significant reduction in the use of psychotropic medications with an
increase in both mental health and general well-being.
Paradigm's multidisciplinary team includes physicians, psychiatrists,
nurses, psychologists, and social workers, working together to insure that
the best possible care is provided to each resident. All of our
programs have been designed to meet or exceed Medicare's stringent
requirements. Our team of highly skilled professionals will be
available to help with any issues relating to the provision of mental
health care services in your facility.

Our Programs
Our programs  have
been individually designed with the needs of the Long Term Care resident at
the forefront. Outcomes are collected and the quality of our programs
monitored by our Quality Assurance department. This department is
also responsible for provider education to insure that a consistent, high quality, and ethical program is provided to each and
every individual affected by our program. Complimentary in-service programs
are provided to assist facility staff with understanding and dealing with
residents with behavioral and general mental health problems. Our programs
are explained in further detail under the "Programs" tab
above.
HIPAA
All of Paradigm's programs and procedures are HIPAA
compliant. Our clinicians have been trained, and our systems updated,
to insure a fully HIPAA compliant program.
The Team
Paradigm hires only the highest caliber clinicians. We
provide them with training, a structured program, continuing education,  and
a quality work environment. We have an entire department dedicated to
the design and oversight of all of our programs to insure their compliance
and efficacy. . Paradigm’s management structure enables it to
