Health Services provides a broad range of mental health care services to the residents of  long-term care facilities.  Our services include psychiatry, psychotherapy, psychotropic medication management, mental health evaluations, inservice education and support programs including pre-survey audits relating to the provision of our services.  Paradigm's multidisciplinary team includes physicians, psychiatrists, advanced registered nurse practitioners (ARNPs), psychologists, and social workers, all working together to insure that the best possible care is provided to each resident. Paradigm’s services are provided at no cost to the facility/corporation.  Primary (normally, Medicare  and Medicaid) and secondary insurers are billed directly by Paradigm for reimbursement.  All of our programs have been designed to meet or exceed Medicare's stringent requirements and our team will be available to assist your facility with any issues related to the provision of Mental Health Care services in your facility.
