Cait moved to Nashville in 2018 after receiving her bachelor’s degree from Purdue University and began her career in healthcare administration at Healthcare Corporation of America (HCA). 

Her journey in healthcare management has been driven by a genuine desire to make a meaningful impact on the health and well-being of individuals as well as the broader healthcare landscape. 

Throughout her time at HCA, Cait managed Tristar’s second largest multi-specialty practice while pursuing higher education.  She has a strong thirst for knowledge and successfully graduated with a Master of Business Administration degree summa cum laude. 

With a background in strategic healthcare management and a passion for driving positive change, Cait is part of the Paradigm founding team, the first of it’s kind Primary+ proactive, preventive medicine clinic that focuses on delivering exceptional patient-centered health care while re-infusing value into the medical dollar spend.
