Over more than a decade in practice, Dr. Meg Zoffuto Paterson has built a reputation for thoughtful, evidence-based primary care delivered with a personal and proactive touch. She values long-term patient relationships and brings a calm, attentive presence to every visit.
Dr. Meg earned her BS in Neuroscience, magna cum laude, from Vanderbilt University, followed by her MD and MPH from the University of Texas Health Science Center and School of Public Health in San Antonio.
She completed her Internal Medicine residency at the University of Alabama at Birmingham before returning to Vanderbilt University Medical Center as an attending physician, where she focused on quality improvement, education, and innovative systems-based care.
Throughout her career, she has combined hands-on patient care with teaching and quality initiatives. Her work includes leading women’s health education and directing numerous quality improvement projects aimed at enhancing patient outcomes.
She is especially committed to care that is creative, compassionate, and responsive to each patient’s individual needs and goals. Dr. Meg is excited to bring that expertise to Paradigm Health, where she looks forward to helping patients optimize their health in a personalized, proactive way.
